About Me

As the lead instructional designer at Terns and Strive, I bring the white page curriculum to life through innovative programming and online experiences.  

I utilize ADDIE principles to: 

• Work with SMEs and stakeholders positively and effectively.
• Set instructional end goals and create content to match them.
• Create Intake Surveys, Facilitator Feedback Forms and Questionnaires, and Partner Experience Surveys
• Visualize and create instructional graphics, the user interface, and the finished product utilizing Articulate, Canva, and Adobe Captivate.
• Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role-plays, games, etc.) Utilizing Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Vyond
• Collaborate on an evaluation process to analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design.

I value being a team player, a skill I learned while playing Division I field hockey. The skills I learned through sports have been the skills I hold close in life. I understand the power of working hard and being resilient, and I value working with others and communicating positively and effectively.
